Jeff Hayes  /  On Air Personality

Jeff Hayes, born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota and moved to Minneapolis after his band hired a 13-year-old Jonny Lang. After leaving the band, he moved to Austin, TX in 1998 and has lived and worked there ever since. From touring the world with Bernard Allison and playing bass guitar with such artists as Lazy Lester, Miss Lavelle White, Malford Milligan, Tyrone Vaughan, Teddy Morgan, and John Gaar, Jeff was also Vice-President of the Austin Blues Society and is deeply involved with the music scene.
With over a year of digital radio under his belt with his Wednesday Night Juke Joint, Jeff is ready to take his talents and expertise to the National level.
Wednesday Night Juke Joint is a 2 hour show featuring everyone Jeff has performed with and inspired his 30+ year career performing live Blues in 40 states in the U.S. and 10 countries in Europe. Jeff enjoys playing a diverse mix of new and old Blues and telling the occasional story from the road about some of the most famous musicians in the business.
